At CES 2025, DEOGAM INC. will present its innovative electric vehicle (EV) recycling system, marking a pivotal step toward carbon neutrality in global mobility. Founded in 2022, DEOGAM has emerged as a champion of sustainable technology, focusing on energy reclamation within EV power systems. By addressing inefficiencies caused by harmonic energy loss during the DC-to-AC conversion process, the company has developed a revolutionary “electric recycle” system. This toroid-shaped energy core captures and recycles lost energy, converting it into usable power, thereby enhancing energy efficiency and reducing waste. The system, capable of reclaiming 18% of energy lost to harmonics, extends EV driving ranges by up to 10%, making a compelling case for its adoption in the EV industry.
With a successful field test in 2024 and an ongoing partnership with Kakao Mobility targeting the South Korean electric taxi market, DEOGAM is set to expand globally, with plans to enter markets in Germany, Norway, and major U.S. cities. CEO Kim Jinouk emphasized the transformative potential of the system, estimating its widespread adoption could reclaim 3 million megawatts of energy annually from 14 million EVs worldwide. The technology aligns perfectly with global carbon neutrality goals, offering near-zero emissions during energy production. DEOGAM’s focus on Western Europe’s carbon-conscious markets reflects its commitment to making its electric recycling system a standard component in EVs worldwide, solidifying its position as a leader in sustainable mobility innovation.
