ABB E-Mobility announced the delivery of its one millionth electric vehicle charger. ABB E-Mobility, which is present in more than 85 markets, doubled its production capacity, especially thanks to its 16,000 m2 facility opened in Valdarno, Italy in 2022. Equipped with the latest technology, the facility produces one DC fast charger every 20 minutes.
ABB E-Mobility, which carries the mission of a zero-emission future with smart and reliable EV charging solutions, continues to grow on a global scale. The company’s new facility in the US was built to produce 10,000 chargers annually. “From the production of the EU’s first 50kW charger in 2010 to the launch of the Terra 360, which can deliver a range of 100 km in less than three minutes, ABB E-mobility has long been committed to developing the innovations necessary to create an emission-free mobility future,” said Frank Mühlon, CEO of ABB E-Mobility.
