bp pulse and APCOA to deploy fast charging hubs across Europe

bp pulse, one of the UK’s leading EV fast charging operators, and APCOA Parking Group, a provider of specialized parking solutions, have signed a strategic agreement to install 100 EV fast charging hubs across Europe. With this agreement, bp pulse is preparing to install fast charging stations in APCOA parking lots in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.

The companies, which seek to expand the charging network by further accelerating the e-mobility infrastructure in city centers in Europe, will provide users with an advanced service where they can pay through their applications and the entrance and exit barriers of the car park will automatically open when the vehicle approaches. The 100 fast charging centers are expected to be completed within 3 years. While vehicles are waiting to be charged in some of the centers, users will also be provided with services such as lounge, free Wi-Fi, phone charging, rest room.
