The El Prix NAF Summer Test, which evaluates electric vehicles (EVs) from both traditional luxury and top-selling brands for range and charging speed, recently featured 27 participants, including Xpeng Motors. Xpeng’s new G6 model emerged as a notable performer, nearly achieving its WLTP stated range of 550 kilometers by covering 530.7 kilometers. Impressively, the G6’s 800-volt technology and next-generation SEPA2.0 architecture enabled its 87.5 kWh battery to charge from 10-80% in just under 20 minutes at a speed of 264 kW, only slightly behind the test record set by Xpeng’s G9 last year. This performance highlights Xpeng’s growing influence in the European EV market.
