The unveiling of a pioneering AI-powered Battery Management System on Chip (BMS-on-chip) by Eatron Technologies, in collaboration with Syntiant, marks a significant advancement in battery technology. This innovative solution merges Eatron’s sophisticated Intelligent Software Layer with Syntiant’s ultra-low power NDP120 Neural Decision Processor, offering unmatched battery performance, safety, and longevity. This new AI-BMS-on-chip can unlock an additional 10% of battery capacity and extend battery life by up to 25%. It comes with pre-trained AI models capable of providing precise assessments of state-of-health, state-of-charge, and remaining useful life right out of the box. Key benefits include enhanced performance through accurate state estimations, improved safety via predictive diagnostics, and increased longevity by efficient health and usage management.
