The CCS offers precise temperature control with 12kW cooling and 10kW heating capacities, ensuring optimal comfort in diverse operating conditions. Its design is simple, lightweight, and modular, facilitating seamless integration into various EVs, reducing design complexity. Key components, such as a high-voltage electric compressor, coolant heater, and Modine’s proprietary heat exchangers, contribute to its high performance and reliability. The CCS, with its easy serviceability and compatibility with Modine’s existing thermal management systems, provides an efficient and user-friendly solution for EV manufacturers.

Product Manager Sarah Williams highlighted the system’s focus on performance, reliability, and long-term value, emphasizing its ability to simplify integration with EV HVAC systems.
