Exicom Tele-systems Limited, India’s largest manufacturer of Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers, has announced the acquisition of the business and assets of Tritium, a global leader in DC Fast Chargers. Tritium, headquartered in Australia, is recognized worldwide for its advanced liquid-cooled DC Fast Chargers, which are used in 47 countries. This acquisition grants Exicom access to Tritium’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tennessee, USA, and an engineering center in Brisbane, Australia, significantly expanding Exicom’s global reach and reinforcing its commitment to innovation in the EV charging industry. This strategic move is expected to drive substantial growth and value for Exicom, enabling the company to enhance its product offerings and support the increasing global demand for EV infrastructure.
