XING Mobility, a leader in immersion cooling battery technologies, unveiled its latest innovation, the IMMERSIO™ XM28, at the IAA Transportation 2024 event, aimed at enhancing the electrification of medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The company also recently launched its XING Paradigm Factory, the world’s first facility dedicated to the mass production of immersion cooling batteries, a move set to bolster its global footprint and promote sustainable solutions. The IMMERSIO™ XM28, an upgrade from the IMMERSIO™ XM25, delivers twice the energy density and range of standard LFP batteries, thanks to its advanced lithium chemistry and immersion cooling system, offering a powerful solution for the growing electric commercial vehicle market.

The IMMERSIO™ series offers advanced features like thermal runaway suppression and fast cooling, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of high-voltage batteries. Having gained attention from industry leaders, the XM28 has been tested and applied in real-world situations, such as Nordic Booster’s fast-charging stations and electric trucks developed by Cruise X. With the establishment of its Paradigm Factory in Taiwan, XING Mobility has laid the groundwork for global expansion, with plans to replicate its production lines worldwide.
