Kia Charge, a one-stop charging solution provided by Kia, now offers access to over 800,000 charging points across 28 European countries, representing a 10% growth since Q2 2024 and a 39% increase from Q2 2023. This service allows customers to charge their electric vehicles seamlessly using either the Kia Charge card or the Kia Charge app, with over 2.5 million charging sessions already completed. Kia Charge’s comprehensive service extends beyond individual users to business customers, offering centralized management of EV fleets. The platform also integrates advanced features like route planning and automatic charging station detection, simplifying the EV driving experience.

In 2024, 41% of Kia customers have registered with Kia Charge, reflecting the growing importance of accessible charging solutions. With its strategic partnership with IONITY, Kia supports the expansion of ultra-fast charging stations, aiming for over 17,000 high-power stations along European highways by 2030. Additionally, the Kia Plug & Charge feature eliminates the need for authentication during charging, allowing users to charge their EVs simply by plugging in. With a customer satisfaction rate of 75%, Kia Charge continues to enhance the electric driving journey, positioning Kia as a leader in the electric mobility space.
