HONGQI’s debut of the “TianGong” electric platform at the 2024 Paris Motor Show marks a pivotal moment for the brand, emphasizing its drive towards innovation, luxury, and sustainability. The debut featured two models, the EH7 sedan and EHS7 SUV, both built on this modular platform. The platform’s versatility is highlighted by its advanced electric drive system that supports rear-wheel and four-wheel drive configurations, offering scalable performance tailored to various vehicle types.
At its core, the TianGong platform boasts cutting-edge features, including CTB technology and high-rate battery cells that extend vehicle range to up to 800 kilometers, with fast charging capabilities allowing an 80% charge in 20 minutes. The platform’s intelligent thermal management ensures optimal battery performance and safety. The EH7 sedan and EHS7 SUV deliver remarkable performance with powerful drivetrains, achieving ranges of 655 km and 600 km respectively.
