This collaboration, formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MoU), combines Infineon’s comprehensive chipset offerings with EVE Energy’s expertise in lithium battery manufacturing. The chipset includes microcontroller units, balancing and monitoring ICs, power management ICs, and more, enhancing the safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of BMS solutions. Together, the companies aim to optimize electric vehicle battery performance, providing improved energy efficiency and a superior driving experience.
The partnership underscores the growing demand for advanced battery technologies driven by global electrification trends.
