Introduced in March 2025 under BYD’s high-end luxury sub-brand Yangwang, the U7 offers both battery electric (BEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) versions. The BEV model features a 135.5 kWh Blade Battery. I enables an impressive range of up to 720 kilometers on the CLTC cycle. It also delivers high performance with four electric motors generating 1,287 horsepower, achieving 0-100 km/h acceleration in 2.9 seconds.

This luxury sedan incorporates advanced features like the DiSus-Z intelligent body control system, rear-wheel steering and BYD’s DiPilot 600 ADAS system powered by NVIDIA Orin X chips. Its interior showcases cutting-edge displays. Including a 23.6-inch 3D instrument cluster and augmented reality head-up display, enhancing driver interaction and safety.
