Chinese automotive manufacturer XPENG has started taking orders for two models that will first appear on the streets of Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden. The G9 SUV and P7 Sedan models stand out with their quality, performance, comfort and remarkable design. Perhaps one of the most important features that will excite users is their fast charging system, which offers long travel distances and requires only 20 minutes to fully charge the batteries.
XPENG’s new models bring some of the most powerful and advanced EV technologies to Europe. The G9 features an 800 V SiC platform for charging up to 300 kW; drivers can add 100 km in just 5 minutes of charging. The 98 kWh battery requires only 20 minutes of charging to go from 10% to 80% full. The G9 offers travel distances of up to 570 km on a single charge. The P7, on the other hand, reaches 80% fullness in 29 minutes of charging with a maximum charging power of up to 175 kW. With 557 hp and a maximum torque of 717 Nm, the G9 reaches 0-100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. The P7’s 0-100 km/h sprint time is 4.1 seconds.
Both models promise a warm and comfortable environment with their high-quality materials. Both the G9 and P7 come with XPILOT, XPENG’s exclusive ADAS system that offers safe driving and parking support through various intelligent functions. These functions are supported by 29 sensors, including cameras, ultrasonic sensors and precision radars.
